Do you only bill hourly?
Yes. In general it is $95 per hour. There may be times where we charge less but that is typically for flat installation of basic computer equipment like printers and that will also require a trip charge. Our hourly is simply billed by the hour and there is no trip charge for jobs requiring more than 2 hours work.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes. We offer military, veterans, and senior citizen discounts for consulting services. Just simply present an ID card and you will instantly receive 10% off any purchase with our company or a credit to your account on the portal for our online services if you prefer. We also accept most major competitor discounts and you must provide the coupon or link to it (however for this to be processed we will provide portal credit only)
Can I pay for services via the portal?
Yes. For regular clients we can offer this, but we typically will extend this to our clients with signed up for our retainer services where there is a monthly charge to you or your business for IT services. Our frequent clients can establish terms with our company where we can bill you up to 30 days later. Terms is something we extend to loyal clients who use our business frequently.
