Domain Transfers

To transfer a domain you will need a transfer code.   This is sometimes called EPP or AUTH code.  This is obtained from the originating registrar.   You will either get it from the web interface or by calling your current registrar prior to transfer.

Please note that a transfer can take at most 48 hours for a successful transfer.  Sometimes it is faster but it all depends on how quickly each step of the process is handled.  The biggest delay tends to come from the previous registrar as they have to approve of your transfer even if our side is very fast.   So the bigger the registrar the longer it may take is what we have seen.
